Nguyen Quoc Hoan is an Administrative Specialist/Contract & Procurement at GIZ ESP. He brings extensive experience in strategic planning, project management, tendering, and contracting from various roles.
Before joining GIZ ESP, Nguyen Quoc Hoan held various positions at the Institute of Strategy Research, Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Department of Industrial Security, Ministry of Public Security.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from National Economics University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
