Bui To Anh is an Administrative Specialist/Contract & Procurement for the PDPH2, PDPP5, PDP HEAT and IKI JET CR Projects, GIZ ESP.
Before joining GIZ ESP, Bui To Anh worked as a Contract Specialist for a state-owned enterprise. She has experience working with international corporations and state representatives at the Department of Planning and Investment, under the Ministry of Defense. To Anh holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Economics from Foreign Trade University, Viet Nam and a Master’s in Marketing, Franchising, Retail, & Service, France.
