Bui Ngoc Thuy is an Energy Advisor for Promoting the Transition of the Energy Sector in Viet Nam, GIZ ESP. With more than 17 years of experience, she specializes in legal and policy advisory and development, especially in the energy sector.
Bui Ngoc Thuy previously worked in the legal departments of various government authorities, including the Electricity Regulatory Authority of Viet Nam under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Viet Nam Electricity, and the Commission for the Management of State Capital at enterprises. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International – Economic Law and a Master’s in Commercial Law from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
