In order to develop capacity of engineers from EVN’s power companies, a series digital senior management workshops on grid integration of PV will officially be launched in May and June 2021. This activity is jointly brought by the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (4E Project) and RENAC.

There will be 4 workshops covering different topics:

•  From DC to AC – photovoltaic and inverter technology
•  Voltage control and support strategies with grid connected rooftop PV
•  Frequency control with grid connected rooftop PV
•  Short term PV power forecast for grid operation

The activity is within the framework of 4E Project, which is cooperated between the Vietnam Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by GIZ.
