Our Team

Xuyen is a Junior Knowledge Management Specialist at GIZ ESP. Previously, she worked as a Translator and Interpreter for ODA projects, focusing on environmental improvement, construction, and drainage and sewerage sectors. Passionate about contributing to Viet Nam’s sustainable development, Xuyen brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role. Xuyen holds a BA in English for Science and Technology from Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

Chau Giang is the Executive Assistant for the GIZ ESP. She previously worked as an Office Manager and Executive Assistant/Corporate Communications at B. Braun Viet Nam and as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director at Colas Rail Viet Nam. Chau Giang has over 19 years of experience in general administration, office management, and corporate communications, executing various administrative tasks and providing secretarial assistance to the management team. She graduated from Hanoi University of Foreign Studies with a Bachelor’s degree in English. She also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Latrobe University, Australia.

Kiem Tung is currently a Senior Financial Controller of the Energy Support Programme GIZ (GIZ ESP). He has more than 15 years of experience in finance and accounting in various companies operating in different industries. The international companies he worked for included KPMG Limited, KPMG Advisory Limited, and Samsung Display Viet Nam Limited. Kiem Tung graduated from the Foreign Trade University in July 2008 and became a CPA Australia and CPA Viet Nam member in 2013 and 2014, respectively.

Thu Thuy joined GIZ ESP in August 2019 as an Administrative Specialist/Finance. Before joining GIZ ESP, Thu Thuy has worked as a Senior Finance Officer at the World Wide Fund for Nature (Viet Nam office). She has extensive experience in financial and accounting management in the private sector and NGOs, as well as experience in implementing projects funded by the European Commission (EC), Asian Development Bank (ADB) and various international partners, donors. Thuy graduated from the National Economics University and obtained a Diploma in Treasury Management from McGill University, Canada.

Huong Giang graduated from the Hanoi National Economic University with a Bachelor of Economic – Banking & Finance, before pursuing a Master of Commerce in Accounting and Finance at the Macquarie University, Australia. Before joining GIZ, Giang had extensive experience in financial management in private sectors. Giang also has experience in working with partners and monitoring the business project financed by IFC.

Minh Hang is a Junior Administrative Specialist/ Finance for CASE and TEV Projects under GIZ ESP. She joined the Programme as a Junior Administrative Officer/Logistic Event Management in June 2021 and was promoted to Finance Specialist after one year. Before joining GIZ ESP, she worked in a service quality assurance team in an international private sector in Viet Nam for three years and as an event specialist in the UK for one year. She holds a Bachelor’s in international business from Viet Nam National University and a Master’s in Event Management from Bournemouth University, United Kingdom.

Ngoc Oanh joined GIZ ESP as an Administrative Officer/Contract & Procurement since March 2020. She graduated from the Hanoi Foreign Trade University with a Bachelor’s in International Business Economics. Before joining GIZ ESP, Ngoc Oanh gained much experience in the business sector, from government companies to foreign-invested enterprises. She was the vital procurement and contract officer of the company’s major projects, supplying her extensive experience dealing with international cooperation through commercial agreements or collaboration frameworks.

Nguyen Phuong Ly joined GIZ Vietnam in 2022. Prior to GIZ, she has 4-year of experience in working with international corporations in sourcing goods and services. Ly holds a bachelor’s degree at Foreign Trade University, Vietnam and Master’s degree in International Business Management at Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom. With her educational background and experience, Ly hopes to contribute to the contract and procurement of GIZ and make an impact on the improvement of ESP.

Diu has joined the Energy Support Programme as an Administrative Officer – Contract & Procurement since February 2022. Before joining GIZ, she worked for the trading companies specialized in purchasing and had almost 8 years of experience working on development projects of JICA specializing in financial and administrative management. She has extensive experience in working with a wide range of partners, enterprises and closely supports government agencies under the Ministry of Agricultural and Rural Development and Ministry of Education and Training. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Economics from Hanoi Foreign Trade University and a Master’s Degree in Economics from National Economics University, Vietnam.

Prior to GIZ, he has been working in the field of procurement for over 6 years for governmental offices. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and Master’s degree in Business Administration at National Economics University

To Anh is an Administrative Specialist/Contract & Procurement for the PDPH2, PDPP5, PDP HEAT and IKI JET CR Projects, GIZ ESP. Before joining GIZ ESP, To Anh worked as a Contract Specialist for a state-owned enterprise. She has experience working with international corporations and state representatives at the Department of Planning and Investment, under the Ministry of Defense. To Anh holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Economics from Foreign Trade University, Viet Nam and a Master’s in Marketing, Franchising, Retail, & Service, France.

Luong Anh Hoan is an Administrative Specialist/Contract & Procurement for GIZ ESP. He has more than five years of experience in contract and procurement. Holding a Master’s degree in Development Studies and working expertise from EVN, he ensures the projects’ activities related to contract and procurement are cost-effective and comply with GIZ’s rules.
