On behalf of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) and its General Directorate for Energy (GDE), the German international cooperation agency GIZ has been working with many stakeholders to outline the process of wind power project development in Viet Nam. In parallel and close cooperation with GIZ, the Climate Technology Innovation Private Finance Advisory Network (CTI PFAN) has been investigating project financing options for wind power.
After months of hard work, we are happy to announce that the Handbook “Wind Power Investment Guidelines” will be published soon. The launching event of the handbook will be organised on 29th September at Prince Hotel, 63 Nguyen Hue, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
