Nguyen Thi Ngoc Oanh joined GIZ ESP as an Administrative Officer/Contract & Procurement since March 2020. She graduated from the Hanoi Foreign Trade University with a Bachelor’s in International Business Economics.
Before joining GIZ ESP, Nguyen Thi Ngoc Oanh gained much experience in the business sector, from government companies to foreign-invested enterprises. She was the vital procurement and contract officer of the company’s major projects, supplying her extensive experience dealing with international cooperation through commercial agreements or collaboration frameworks.
