Nguyen Kim Ngan supports communications for the CIRTS and PDP projects. Previously, she oversaw communications for the BEM and SGREEE projects within the Energy Support Programme GIZ ESP.
Nguyen Kim Ngan brings extensive experience in communications for development organisations. Before GIZ ESP, she worked for international NGOs and donor programmes across different areas, such as energy efficiency, relief and disaster mitigation, education, health, and HIV/AIDS prevention. She holds an MSc in Media and Communications Management from the University of Stirling (UK).
