Cao Le Thu Trang joined the Commercial and Industrial Rooftop Solar (CIRTS) project as a Project Officer in August 2021. Before joining GIZ, Trang had the 12-year working experience in both Vietnam and Europe, in which she worked closely with regulatory bodies, local and central authorities, investors, project developers EPC contractors, commercial banks, financial institutions, research centres, academic institutions, local and international development agencies. She holds a Master’s Degree in Policy analysis, strategic management in the public and non-profit sector from Willy Brandt School of Public Policy in Germany.
Cao Le Thu Trang hopes that with her deep knowledge and understanding of policy and regulatory framework of renewable energy and energy efficiency, particularly rooftop solar, she could contribute to the clean energy transition in Vietnam.
